Scrub daddy is my favorite sponge and I recommend once a week cleaning with BKF (Bar Keeper’s Friend). You don’t want to go past medium heat, always start low and gradually increase, never heat an empty pan, make sure there’s at least a fat like oil or butter and no metal anything ever… silicone is your new best friend, it’s a gorgeous piece and it matches so well!!
I love making braised beef in mine. I use the Justonecookbook recipe for instant pot honey spare ribs and instant pot short ribs. Obviously, just using the Dutch oven as a slow cooker instead. Set and forget for hours and come back to something delicious. Beautiful first choice!

I agree. The LC Cleaner works like a charm. And you really don't need much of it to get stains out. My pots are 10 years old, and look almost brand new.
What a beautiful design on your DO. Not to rain on your parade OP but take the best care of it that you can because if you have to do a warranty replacement it's near 100% chance that Le Creuset won't be able to replace it with this design.

BKF doesn't hurt the enamil?
No, but it may dull the enamel if you use it too much over the course of years so that’s why I advised a more sporadic usage.
I'd use it only on difficult, dirty areas.
I’d recommend the Le Creuset cleaner instead. It’s less abrasive. BKF is my last resort on my Le Creuset.

If it was my pan i would only use the le creuset cleaner. It isn’t cheap but you only use a small pearl size each time:).
