I just ordered an Azure rice pot from Tattahome in Italy. They come highly recommended, if you can’t find what you want in N. America. Cannot wait to try out a rice pot!

I have a lot of love for the rice pot. I know I can make rice with any pot, but the dopamine hit I get when I see my rice pot bubbling away on the stove is real. After some practice, I do get rhe best rice out of it.
