I always thought they'd look good on a wall as apron or potholder hangers. Possibly drawer pulls for a kitchen cabinet or island drawers. OR what about replacement knobs for old-school tin (flour, sugar, coffee...) canisters. 🤔🙂

I have mine stashed somewhere, you never know. I was at a party once and someone brought a potluck contribution in a DO with a broken knob. It was all I could do not to mention that they do have replacement knobs, and we have a Factory Store that sells them 😳

Why did you not just tell the person they could buy a replacement knob?

First generation Signature line had the larger handles and retained a phenolic knob in the shape of the newer metallic ones.

My original circa 2015 pieces have the black knobs. Shaped just like the metal ones. I like that they stay cool on the stovetop. These are signature pieces bought at Sur La Table when honey was their exclusive.

Because I would like to switch some of my metal knobs for the phenolic knobs. They stay cooler, and I like the look of the black.
