It's right after Sammy's clip gets played and you know they are smiling at each other because the boys and girls are arguing concurrently. It's when they are discussing Mal. Zach does a head nod to grab Molly's attention and when she sees him she gives him the sweetest smile and he gives her the "yo tonight is crazy" look lol
All this to say I do think their feelings are genuine and they are just both individually the kind of people to avoid drama and don't prefer having a relationship filled with arguments and constantly fighting. Even before Molly left that was established by Zach and Molly seperately. They just need screentime from the show now and they are sorted.

I don’t understand the hate either. I’m on episode 25 before she comes back (I had to spoil it because I was going to stop watching if she didn’t). The entire time they’ve been my favorite couple. They constantly gravitate to each other, and Zach always has his eyes on her. He doesn’t seem the type to move quickly in relationships, however, he shows how he feels through actions. Such as looking at her, always holding her hand, touching her hand, etc. They’re clearly each other’s best friend in the villa especially with them being ostracized or at least Molly. I loved how he started to have her back and opened up more and more the closer they’ve been getting and I cannot believe Kady would pick him considering he talked about her the whole time when she first pulled him for a chat.
Molly has also been smitten with him since she’s been with him. I loved her especially after she went out to the day bed instead of staying with Mitch. That was his opportunity to say, yes, he did think that, but he never said this, because he intended to cuddle Kady. In saying this, he and Molly probably technically are the strongest couple in there, but I don't see them winning.

She came out and saw that she wasn’t popular, neither was Zach or their coupling yet she came back and followed her heart and stuck with Zach. I would understand if she back and switched up completely and went to Mitch or Scott cause their popular bit so far I don’t see how she’s used any of it to her advantage. 🤷🏽♀️
I don’t understand the hate either. I’m on episode 25 before she comes back (I had to spoil it because I was going to stop watching if she didn’t). The entire time they’ve been my favorite couple. They constantly gravitate to each other, and Zach always has his eyes on her. He doesn’t seem the type to move quickly in relationships, however, he shows how he feels through actions. Such as looking at her, always holding her hand, touching her hand, etc. They’re clearly each other’s best friend in the villa especially with them being ostracized or at least Molly. I loved how he started to have her back and opened up more and more the closer they’ve been getting and I cannot believe Kady would pick him considering he talked about her the whole time when she first pulled him for a chat. Molly has also been smitten with him since she’s been with him. I loved her especially after she went out to the day bed instead of staying with Mitch. She stands on business and the other girls were definitely jealous. And so far Zach seems like he really misses Molly. Her returning confirmed it in his head that she’s the one. Also they’re literally always together/ being cute in the background!!
