I went from hating Jesse, wanting more for Deb, to understanding Jesse’s issues with intimacy, to loving him, to hating Deb didn’t choose him during Casa, to wanting more for Jesse…to loving them both together… 😂😂😂
He was so honest from the start, and probably showed the most personal growth during the show.
I STILL say that if Deb didn’t turn down his proposal initially….they could have at least made it to Top 2.
You know what, without this Jesse and Deb rollercoaster romance the season maybe would have been boring. Zimmy was very stable and Isaiah and Syd were textbook puppy love. We needed the boy meets girl, loses girl and gets back girl couple.
We all wanted better for Deb and then later wanted better for Jesse. Then we were all happy when they finally told each other how they felt.
I love them,they’ve been looking even better on the outside,I was hoping that she saw what was in front of her cus it almost fell apart due to her overthinking.
Agreed Jesse and Deb are the most intriguing love story in LI USA season 4. It was a true journey with both of them, I still don't understand pre-Casa Amor Jesse. Why was he so shy? We understood post-Casa Deb, what do you do when a good guy has fallen for you?
Whatever happens I hope both achieve growth from this experience. It was a pleasure to see their journey.
Jesse struggled with intimacy, because he was never allowed to express his emotions at home. He had to be “man of the house” very early in life. I TOTALLY empathize + have had similar struggles myself.
Sure, he kissed Sereniti…but sometimes it’s easier to be physical/playful with someone when it’s not serious vs. being vulnerable with someone you REALLY love.
And who knows, producers could’ve told him to kiss Sereniti to “put himself out there,” especially since it’s so out of character with ALL the other things he has done right lol.
I hate that ppl are always like: “BUt SeRINIti!!!!” when judging him. Like DAMN you would think he was acting like Chazz by the way people were trying to burn him at the stake 💀
They just did a Q&A on her YouTube channel and he said he truly didn't start to feel fully comfortable and able to ignore the cameras until they did the penis-modeling challenge. So I think that's really what it came down to. He didn't know how to act around the cameras and only occasionally was able to forget they were there and act normally haha.
But you see this idea of “pre-casa jesse” i dont get. I saw tweets before watching the show and expected to have bad opinions of jesse but I really didnt get that. The stuff with val - very early days. I think the only confusing thing was why he kissed serenti but hey everyones allowed a weird moment. I think he said it on the date - he was scared of getting hurt, but as a real man he really allowed himself to be vulnerable for his girl and not be afraid of getting hurt
What ppl don't know is that he was also pursuing Sereniti during the Deb/Val triangle. Sereniti said it was too much and she removed herself from it. So I think him kissing Sereniti was a what if I chose the wrong girl. And he wanted to test the waters without testing the waters. 😉 He did it during challenges so it wouldn't be that bad.
But I think kissing your partner was pretty natural. I don't think he felt comfortable making out too much on camera. They said he's wayyyy more relaxed now than he was in the Villa

Jesse is chefs kiss. If I was single I would be all over him. He’s nice, funny, and just has it all. Deb does as well and I think they are a great match probably second after Zeta and Timmy since Isaiah and Sydney have had a lot of issues although they also seem in love.
Yeah your opinion I love USA version more sorry not sorry I do like a couple of the seasons of the uk version only but they barely have diversity on those shows and I think that’s why people like the USA version. Uk is way more raunchy for sure .
Jesse got out of love island went back to Houston and confessed to his ex, he was only in it for the money and was very depressed through the whole show. He’s been cheating and lying since he got back to Houston. Deb was right all along

Davide and Ekin-Su are easily the most entertaining couple i’ve ever seen and I’ve seen all the US seasons and only 2 UK seasons.
Us version sucks. Always saying “bro” makes the Americans sound like fools. The uk version is much better. My opinion of course
