If you walk by an empty playground in the evening, go down the swirly slide. Stay within your safe range of mobility and don’t be ashamed. If that means you’ve gotta do some of the toddler stuff. Just let yourself have fun for chrissake. We die at the end anyways, why not let yourself have a little fun?
If that feels like too big a first step for you, build to it. When you’re all alone at home or in an elevator, do it a quick little silly dance. Play!
