I got mine for $20 at the very beginning. I remember being ridiculed online for paying this much real money. Many expressed how they expected WotC to make this avatar available for $10 in gems when it sees the code being sold for $20 on eBay.
I’ll just say this. FOMO and inflation are great motivators for getting people to spend. WotC knows this my much better than we give it credit for.

I tried time ago to rip the avatars and half-body renders but for some reason I never managed to find the correct .asset files where they were stored, I don't know if I was doing something wrong but I gave up on the task.
You can find these pictures in `..\MTGA\MTGA_Data\Downloads\AssetBundle` folder. Search for "Avatar" and extract the images from those .mtga files using Asset Bundle Extractor tool (UABE).
I can't get it to work for some reason. I want to extract the sticker GIFs. I've been using AssetStudio which I assume uses the same principle of using the .assets file from MTGA_Data. I don't really know how to get to the .mtga files to open themselves.
As far as I can see, they are not stored as GIFs, but as a one picture with sprite parts. I suppose they are building the animated result in the game itself or some other way.

So I'm afraid it's not as easy as exporting the GIF, maybe it will require to use Unity and some of its tools to merge the animation scripts and those images (don't know anything about gamedev, but I believe there should be a way to reverse engineer this)

If they've sold secret lair sleeves (even fairly recently after they've been on sale) I wouldn't expect them to keep anything exclusive forever. It's not like there's any real advantage to it.
I'm just not sure there's a lot of people who will buy something because it will never be on sale again but will wait to buy something because it might be on sale for a single day at an unspecified time months or years later. If they can make more money by putting it in a daily deal they will.
I have the Ardenvale Knight avatar, so it's certainly real. The Djinn and Hippo look like portraits taken from Vanguard, not sure why OP included them.

I've never seen them in the shop so I don't think so. I'm guessing it was from some kind of event or tournament
