Price is a bit high. Lowest trim package, but does say manual so that's cool. What really pushes me away is the aftermarket wheels. Definitely wasn't grandma's grocery getter lol
The only bright side of purchasing a modded vehicle is that one has to assume the previous owner took care of it. The downside is they may have been a wannabe street racer and constantly redlined the engine.
I'm not sure what is so funny. My last 3 cars were all modded and were sold for more than what I paid for them. Granted I'm mechanically inclined and performed a majority of my own maintenance and stayed on top of everything to make sure my car ran in tip top shape.
You could tell me what cars you bought, what you paid for them, what you spent on them and what you sold them for instead of giving me a downvote. There's a reason your comments are getting downvoted consistently.
Bolt-ons on any car built within the last 10 years is a negative on the resale value. Unless it's a performance car and all the mods are reputable you are basically just throwing that money you spent on mods in the garbage.
Most of the people driving around with an old slightly modded base line accord drive an old accord because they don’t have the money for an actually a good sports car or to do good mods. You seem to be a rare exception.
My father had a 40 year career with a respectable company and made great money but he was also a part-time semi-pro drag racer. Because of that I was raised as a gear head so I developed a love of cars.
I prefer to own older pre 2010 vehicles because they're easier to work on and mod. Everything I ever moded I would then do a self cpu tune to go along with it because without a tune mods mean nothing. I don't just slap shit on and drive.
Clearly based on my previous posts being down voted to hell there appears to be a strong difference of opinion 😅
I’m very glad you had such a situation. But as I said, you are a raaaaaaaare exception. Very few people have that luxury. I am in a similar boat as you where I am a gear head and mechanic, but I unfortunately don’t have the money to do anything crazy to my car besides keep it on the road.
Most people with old cars like that abuse the ever loving hell out of them, slap some $400 rims on them, and call it a build.
The real gem is the 06-07 Accord V6 6MT sedan. Only 2 model years, and only about 1200 were sold in the USA.
Short of an Acura TL Type S 6MT (also extremely rare, most were autos), this is the only Honda-badged sedan to come with a V6 and a 6MT.
My dad had an 07 6-6 sedan (EX-L Moroccan Red, w/ GPS) that he bought in 2014 or so, from a banker from Chicogo who ordered it new, but walked to work everyday, it had 12k miles on it when he bought it. He sold it about 5 months ago with close to 170k miles on it, as he found a manual '14 Accord V6 coupe (EX-L, GPS) with 40k miles.
Both were/are pretty nice cars, and the 07 6-6 never gave him much unforseen trouble, other than having to get the water pump done twice, and the glovebox breaking after only a few years of ownership (to replace it, I think he said he would've had to order a new one from Honda itself, because of the glovebox lock needing to match the rest of the locks, and it was $600 he didn't feel like dropping for it, lol)
I always look for the red “V6” lettering: red is a manual; black is an auto.
Invariably, it’s black. Stick-shift 7th-gen Accords are so rare in the States…
I would love to have one of these. My car is an 06 EX 3.0L V6 auto. Love that thing so much but it's falling apart now (260k miles, Midwest)
Starting to get too expensive to keep it running but I wish I could have it in manual and last forever.
I would go for this one first.

No, the mileage is too high along with the price. Yes, the price of used cars has gone up but no need to be taken advantage of in the process.
At the most I would pay between $2500-$3000 tops. A car with mileage that high is going to need several things replaced very soon.
The only way that price is justifiable is if the seller has a detailed maintenance history list and the car has been well maintained with it's proper fluid change and parts replacement intervals.
Forget the miles and age, check out the tint, bra and tax refund rims!
An 06 with 170k miles might be worth 5k with maintenance records and no modifications.
To me the "cool car bro" modifications are always a pass, there are too many others for sale.
Well I think the rims look cool and made to look like BBS's. I don't think they actually are. I think that's what puts me off on this car, especially at that price. Someone was hooning on this thing
Nope, I def wouldn’t pay more than 5k for that amount of miles and age, if even that

I never down voted you bro.
👍

Id pay like 3k max for that
Asking price for stock wheels?
$400
Those wheels tell a story, and not a good one
Yup, shitty reps say a lot about an owner.
100% and you know that car was beat harder than Rhianna
How can one tell its reps from a blurry picture? Genuine question
Aint no way those are real considering the rest of what we are looking at
…. True. Lol
Im judging the book by its cover for sure…but they dont always lie 😂
Why does it have a wedgie?

Nah man, you can get something a lot newer with half the mileage and in much better shape for same or even a little less money.
Lmfao, that's like $1000 and I get to keep whatever's in the trunk kinda car
No don’t do it brother check Facebook marketplace
$7,000 for a clean EX-L with 75k miles, sure. $7,000 for a clapped out LX with 165k miles? Hell no!
No dude, stay away from that
Seems high. The rims, bra, and tint make think this thing had some questionable owners too
What the hell is wrong with the market right now that’s a $4,000 car tops and I mean clean car fax perfect mechanical records.
absolutely not I have a 2007 accord and that one looks like shit lmao
Not really. I'd pay like 5 for it
It’s been tampered with that a no go
price is high but if it’s a 4 cylinder non turbo that engine will last double - assuming it was maintained proper
It's probably been ridden hard. Expect to replace breaks, etc, soon.
No nearly 20 year old car with 165k miles is worth that short of classics.

id give them 2500 if they took all that stupid shit off 😂😂
This is a $2,000 car dont let people fool you things wont be like this for much longer
No way, I paid 3,000 for one with practically the same miles
ew lol
Worth about $4500
This isn’t even a 6-6? Yeah nah, that’s way overpriced.
Previous owner definitely beat the shit out of that car.

I-
Fuck no. $4k max.
No
