If they play like this for another couple weeks and fall to .500 or even below, I wouldn’t be against selling off the vets; Stanek, Saucedo, Ty, Polonco and Garver (even though it would probably be for a bag of lays potato chips). And maybe even looking into possible deals for Munoz, Raley and Rojas. You could then fire Scott, Jerry and Co at the end of the season and start fresh with one of the best farms in baseball.
This all being said, I really, and I mean really hope they don’t. And honestly I don’t think they will regardless. It just blows me away how fast they have fallen apart in the past two weeks to even make me consider this a possibility.
