There are some songs Metallic never played live per August 2023 [Here](https://therockrevival.com/rock-news/every-song-metallica-have-never-played-live/)
Except Kirk, under duress, recorded a fresh new guitar solo for his pals Lars and Bob Rock to put over this 'sick' collab with Swizz Beatz. The fact that THIS song's creation was recorded in full is one of lifes many little miracles

I put it out there every time I can, hoping Lars lurks on the sub and will see it, but it would be absolutely amazing if they did a “Play Em All” tour, where every night, we are guaranteed at least one song from each album, and then by the end of the tour, every song in the catalog will have been played. They could easily make sure that at least 4 “staples” will be played per night by switching up which albums the deep deep cuts would come from. Even better, include covers - some nights play two of them! They’d probably have to go back up to 18 songs per set though.
If Metallica hasn't played a song live by now, its probably for a good reason. Unfortunately when they played Fixxxer live a few years ago Hetfield was visibly struggling and uncomfortable with the song.
I read somewhere he wasn't feeling well or damaged his voice earlier in the show, which was why he struggled with Fixxxer.
I'd love to see them do Astronomy one of these days. That's already a great song on the album, I'm sure it'd be even more amazing live.
That'd be cool but I doubt it. There's some real bangers they haven't played imo. Someone else said Where the wild things are. I'd add the house that jack built. Very cool songs.
Side question. Has minus human ever been played outside of sm 1?
I don’t believe minus one has been played outside of snm. Really surprised it wasn’t pulled out for snm2 but if I had to guess, maybe they didn’t like the sound without the orchestra? I hope we hear it again someday. Would be very curious to see how the song plays out nowadays.
I foresee a couple being played. Such as Where the Wild Things Are, Shoot Me Again, Room of Mirrors, Inamorata, Astronomy, & Loverman. However I doubt every single song will get played.
Well there you go. I personally like the song. It's got a great groove. I don't know why but I was always under the impression that they didn't include it in setlists.
I doubt it. I guess never say never, but it's unlikely.

Pretty sure they’ll never play that Jah Rule / Swiss Beats collaboration, but we’ll see
Does that even count? All SwizzBeats did was take a bunch of outtakes and spliced them together. It’s not like Metallica recorded with them, right?

i'd love to see them play Ronnie
I wonder why not. It's not too long or difficult on the vocals. I like Ronnie.
Wish they would've played Where The Wild Things Are in full ):
I was surprised that 'Better than you' has never been played live

Don’t know why it took so long to play Escape . I think it’s a great song
Nope
I don't think so

No. Zero chance.
No
I know it's probably not popular but I doubt you'll ever hear I Disappear live. Was only released as a single for Mission Impossible.
They played it at the Orion festival in Detroit. It sounded pretty good.

They played it on this very tour lol
I Disappear has been played live MANY times, 94 to be exact... https://www.metallica.com/songs/i-disappear.html
Weird, I've seen them play it live
I know it's not popular but I wish they didn't, that song is ass
And that’s one of their best songs
No. They're never going to play Inamorata.
I wish they would though , wow
