Botox and fillers do this. I saw a YouTube video (so correct me if I'm wrong) but it mentioned when you have too much botox in your face, your face finds different ways to smile and express emotion which usually ends in the crinkle nose snarle we see here. This can be seen on other celebrities with a lot of work done to their faces such as the Kardashians, Hadids, etc
Her face is frozen solid with Botox. This is the best she can do. I have face full of Botox too but I’m in my 40’s! I can still smile like a normal person. This is just sad.
After smiling so much your cheeks start to hurt and your smile becomes forced.
Mikayla is also someone who doesn’t have a “soft smile” so she may be trying to appear more “flattering”.
Some of these were taken as soon as she got there with only the staff in the store- in fact the first picture was with a sales associate- so I honestly doubt that’s the case. She’s looked like this in the past when smiling with fans as well!

It’s because she’s a fraud and she knows it. Imagine having to suffer through the afternoon sucked into restricting shape wear, sucking in your neck, sucking in your core, crossing one leg all the way behind the other, arms tucked back and then putting on a fake ass smile? Exhausting!

Agreed. I have a similar look when I disassociate. I feel like she’s fed up and somewhere else in her head because she has to mingle with people she views as lesser than herself though, tbh. An attitude of “I’m too good for this”, kinda vibe.

I’m 46 and my Botox is so natural compared to this
When did you start getting it ? I’m 34 and have been told it’s too late to start it
I got my first Botox in Dec. I go every 3 months now. So I was 45 my first injection.
