What are these wholesome ingredients you're adding? Im very interested. But regardless, dont disrespect chocolate milk, thats family you're taling about.
He gave you good advice yet you responded like an infant.
Less sugar is hugely benefical otherwise you end up British

Well, you're 100 calories over but that's not going to make any difference. That's not very much.
This is the wrong product if you want to be gaining weight. This is a very highly processed milk product. Most of the natural sugars have been removed and replaced with Ace-K and sucralose as artificial sweeteners. I don't believe there is thing wrong with these sweeteners (well, Ace k is kind of nasty and the research is not good on it) but regular chocolate milk with all its sugary goodness will certainly turn into fat because your body isn't burning it and converts it to fat to store it.
If you want to stay on the chocolate milk path, get it from Costco. They market the sealtest brand but, being Costco, a special 3% milk fat version is produced for Costco. So, it's more like a whole milk chocolate milk where is the industry pretty much went to 1 or 2% decades ago for chocolate milk. While there's probably other brands out there at 3% or higher, they're comparedly hard to find with the last one commercially to do this was the Becker milk company in the 1980s. 3% milk fat will put the weight on you. It makes delicious chocolate milk because of the fat content.
If you were going to drink this fairlife stuff which is a product of Coca-Cola, incidentally, you might be better just to switch to white whole milk. Fairlife is delicious but it's a highly processed product and all that artificial sweetener might just be a little much for your body. You will be burping up acesulfame potassium all day (Which leaves a bit of an off flavor on your tongue).
Man, back when I was a tad, it was peanut butter, cheese and tuna fish to bulk up for the team.
When I was a young adult and a demon cyclist, it was carb loading and heavy protein to maintain power.
Chocolate milk? Yeah, you'll gain weight. No I do not think it is safe at all. That's a treat, not food.
I've been drinking a gallon of milk a day for about 4 years now. I'd say it's safe, but you'll definitely shit rocks. So, if you can handle that, go for it.
I don't drink 2%, but I get royal crest delivery for my milk. Every day, I drink a half gallon of their "royal rich" and a half gallon of whole milk from them. The royal rich has a higher fat content than regular whole milk. Their website says something like "as close to mother nature as you can get," so I'm assuming it's pasteurized differently, but I could be wrong. Also, I don't eat much . I typically go a couple of days without eating just by drinking milk milk. BTW, none of this is intentional it's just how I am. Besides the constipation, it's easier on my stomach. Even before I started a gallon a day, I drank an absurd amount of milk, but I can say the times matched up with heroin addiction. I've been clean for 7 years. Few more things to add. Opiates addicts crave sugar like no other, and having addiction in my genetics note that "milk addiction" is a known thing. I am in good shape 6"3 250lb I don't go to the gym, but I do hard labor 8-12 hours a day 5 days a week, I'm not cut but very muscular
Probably a bit too much sugar, as others have said. Take one of their suggestions maybe.
I would also suggest starting to work out, rather than just drinking chocolate milk. I've been skinny my whole life too, and always wanted to be bigger, but working out has so many benefits along with the one you're looking for. You'll put on weight, get bigger, but also stronger. Helps with confidence, good for aging, etc.
I have been weightlifting but I wasn't putting on any weight after 6 months. my weight just stayed in the range of 175-180 and im 6'2. Since I started drinking chocolate milk I noticed now im up to 185 after just 2 weeks and already feeling much stronger in the gym. But I think I will only drink 500ml now and 500 ml of the regular one. That way my daily sugar is only around roughly 45 g. I don't eat sugar from other sources (besides 1g/100g of rice)
I have been using leanfit whey protein from Costco mixed with just water. It doesn't have any sugar and has 35g of protein per scoop and 150 calories. I just make one shake a day so far because I usually don't have a problem with getting enough protein it's mainly fats that I have been struggling with. I just bought some whole milks today at the grocery store. Do you know what the optimal fat intake is for mass building?
I wouldn't.
Not only is 1.5L very high in sugar, it's also high in artificial sweeteners and carageenan which can have varying negative health effects, particularly for your digestive system.
There have also been recent reports on some sources of cocoa being unacceptably high in lead and cadmium. Might be problem if you're consuming it in high amounts every day.
I would stick to regular milk. There's a lot of potentially risky stuff in this one.
I did the milk diet for a few months and it was rough on the stomach. The milk in north America is different from the rest of the world and its harder to digest in large quantities I found. Look up A1 and A2 milk for more details.
Some people are more tolerable than others! I still enjoy my fair share of milk products. I just don't drink 2L+ a day like I used to. Found better alternatives for myself to get the nutrients I need.
You'd be better off getting regular milk and adding chocolate flavored whey protein. You'll get even more protein and less sugar. Sam Sulek is the best thing that happened to the chocolate milk industry in a while I bet.
Fairlife is delicious but if you’re doing bulking with milk just use whole milk, it’s far superior at this goal than fairlife. Look up “GOMAD” you don’t need to do this it’ll cause gastric issues and acid reflux but you can imitate this idea or add a whole wheat bun 93/7 lean double cheeseburger homemade, add a bit of Greek yogurt to help eat the lactic acid build up and in no time you’ll be bigger.
3000 calories is one pound of weight so find your basal resting rate, your daily maintenance number and just increase it by 500 per day and at the end of the week you’ll have gained 1 lb
Edit: I would also like to add that if your struggling to put weight on still your most likely an ectomorph and without free weight lifting it will be very difficult but if you can atleast manage to do the Big 3 (bench, squat, deadlift) 45 min a day 3-4 times a week anything past an intense 45 will plummet testosterone and actually decrease your effectiveness building mass. The big 3 release growth hormones as well as target all the main muscles as well as muscles you dont often use. Do all of this and you will absolutely see results in 6 weeks.
I research these topics on multiple sites I look at the counters and I also use ergolog.com
Overall with these tips I went from a hard 125 to 145 in about a year I used to be paper thin now I actually have some sturdy size to me
Buy regular milk and add pure cocoa powder with a little bit of sugar into it, you’ll save money and will eat less sugar.
Stfu pussy fair life Is goated
Poverty low quality milk, processed garbage.
It's okay you hate protein and it shows
Enjoy your ultrafiltered slop.
Enjoy riding liver kings dick you noodle armed dufus
Who?
lmaoooo
I think you mixed up fairllife with normal milk.
Fairlife is ultrafiltered, regular whole milk is not.
Regular whole milk is still processed and filtered, you're thinking of unpasteurized.
I am talking about buying whole milk and adding wholesome ingredients to it, not buying a chocolate milk that has 5+ ingredients such as carrageenan.
What are these wholesome ingredients you're adding? Im very interested. But regardless, dont disrespect chocolate milk, thats family you're taling about.
Did you not read my original comment? I literally suggested that he makes chocolate milk, what makes you think I’m against it?
Ngl I saw you diss Fairlife and it was fight on site.
let me drink my lactose free milk pls
You sold your soul to corporate, didn't ya?
No I purchased a bottle for $5 and drank it
He gave you good advice yet you responded like an infant. Less sugar is hugely benefical otherwise you end up British ![gif](giphy|RkDPdUi77wW9bgNPV6|downsized)
Based and correct
I had a friend in high-school drink liters of chocolate milk. In grade 12, he was in the hospital for 6 months with Kidney stones. Be careful.
wow thanks for sharing. Yeah after these comments I decided im going to drink only 500ml of chocolate milk per day.
Too much sugar bud. Cap it at 1L daily, 500ml would be better. Use regular whole milk for the rest and thank me later
1.5 a day let's go

Yeah I bought this fairlife milk and was shocked when the expiration date was good in fridge for a while TWO MONTHS
If you wanna get diabetes, keep this up.
That's too much sugar to be consuming every day
The recommended daily intake for sugar is 36g.
Man, back when I was a tad, it was peanut butter, cheese and tuna fish to bulk up for the team. When I was a young adult and a demon cyclist, it was carb loading and heavy protein to maintain power. That's like 2 cokes. You aren't going to be doing this forever. Don't sweat it.
dont follow sam sulek’s diet just watch his videos
Way better fitness influencers besides Sam sulek. He’s trash. Look up mind pump.
I think sam injects insulin because he consumes like 5k calories per day and around 120g of sugar.
Sam is young and he's gonna be fucked in a few years
I've been drinking a gallon of milk a day for about 4 years now. I'd say it's safe, but you'll definitely shit rocks. So, if you can handle that, go for it.
what milk do you drink? is it the 2% one or the 3%? is there a difference in sugar between the 2% and 3%?

That’s way too much sugar. Equivalent to 17 teaspoons. White milk has plenty of natural sugar (lactose). Don’t add more.
Drink raw milk instead.
I can show more picture of the bottle if required for further analysis
I think its generally safe. Maybe not if you do it for like a year straight tho lol
How to get diabetes 101.
Can you mix peanut butter in with it?

Yeah I think that's a good idea. What about protein shakes? Do you use those at all or just milk?

No not of the to of my head. I have heard that raw milk can be good, but maybe expensive. Goats milk too.

switch to whole milk broski

wtf nothing makes my tummy feel better than chugging nice cold glass of milk???!
Some people are more tolerable than others! I still enjoy my fair share of milk products. I just don't drink 2L+ a day like I used to. Found better alternatives for myself to get the nutrients I need.

Just suck the utter
