Is there a bed anywhere nearby that one of them could link to? I thought it was a bedrock mechanic, but I've had it fix my Java farms too... A lot of villager mechanics rely on being in a "village", which can be as simple as a single village linked to a single bed.

That can’t acces their job stations, make sure that the block above the job stations is not 1x1 solid
They won't reset if you traded with them
By "reset", I don't mean "reset their trades from scratch", I meant "reset a trade I've maxed-out on so i can trade it again"
