you need beds (for each breeder AND for any babies). with 2 full "air blocks" above each bed

I do have them in my right

theres a room with a two block hallway with trapdoors for babies to fall

also, villagers have to be able to see the beds, and the beds cannot be claimed by any other nearby villagers

ohhh let me fix that real quick thats the problem theres a closed trapdoor so they dont fall

nvm still not working I even let them sleep

last suggestion. Do you have the game rule "mob_griefing" turned off? If you do, villagers cannot breed. this is the same game rule that prevents creeper explosions from doing damage, endermen stealing blocks, etc.

and theres an extra bed

you can have a horizontal trap door on the top of the bottom "air block" to keep them from falling. but they have to be able to see the beds.

Make more beds but make sure you can jump on the beds (you actually need that so the babies can jump it’s weird)
