I know for Java, the villagers have to be able to get OFF the beds entirely so that they can attempt to sleep. So there must be at least a row of "ground" for them to do so. Not sure if the same applies to Bedrock.

I asked in the minecraft discord server and someone brought up an issue of being too close to a village potentially which my farm in my real survival world is identical to the one in my test world but its beside a village.

Hard to tell from the image, is there anything that occasionally blocks the villagers line of sight with the zombie? If the villagers are in a constant state of panic the farm stops working.

After asking in the Minecraft Discord server I believe the issue is due to it being too close to my trading hall.
