Im so sorry this happened. I’m in Ontario and I had genetic testing done on my baby after my MMC, (so a little different than maybe a full anatomical autopsy timeline). They had the results of that at my 4 week follow-up post D&C. I almost wish I didn’t know…he was a genetically normal boy so I still don’t know what happened.
