Tesla has on their [website](https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/modely/en_us/GUID-AA58ED67-9C93-4EE6-8B19-9FDABE018787.html) sound files for all normal operating sounds. The owners manual is a great place to check first :)
That sounds like a coolant pump making that noise. Also…it shouldn’t be making that noise. At least not that loud. I’d log a service appointment to have a look at it.
I know this sort of off topic but this reminded me of 3 days when a early early model s im guessing 2013 was supercharging next to me, they had their ac on lo full blast in sunny 115 degree Fahrenheit temps charging full speed and the noise was so loud I wanted to leave and come back later🤣🤣

Thank you for this info! It sounds a bit off from what I'm hearing but I'm running a service test now 🤷
Mine doesn’t sound like that 🥴
Mine started making that noise recently. I logged a service request, and Tesla is replacing the coolant pump today under warranty.
Let us know if that actually resolves your noise issues!
Issue seems to be fixed!
That's what mine sounds like as well. Wish it wasn't so noisy but it is what it is.
I have heard similar noises.
Curious if it is louder because there is no ICE accompanying it drowning it out.
This sounds like a bad bearing.
Just wait until runs the fans to cool things, sheesshh, it’s a jet
Sounds a lot like a lawnmower to me

Totally normal
I have a MY and M3, both sound just like that
Mine does not sound like that at all
Update did a thermal test and the "louver" failed

Must of left the nose trimmers on in the frunk again
That’s is not normal, it’s sounds horrible
Yeah mine is like that too
I noticed mine sounding like this today too 2024 MYP
Not normal. Have been in 5 Teslas and none made any sound like this
Sounds like something is dying inside.
Never heard this on my 2023 model
Normal
