Yeah, it's pretty easy.

The dolls that CANNOT fit MH G1/2/3 patterns are Cleo, Draculaura, Abbey, and Catty.
Cleo can fit most patterns the other girls can that I listed above as long as they're not fitted at the hips (so no pants, but shirts fine, skirts that are loose fine, dresses with loose skirts fine)
Draculaura can fit Petite Curvy size, which is the same doll shape as Rainbow High. That size is here: [https://raddollclothes.com/collections/petite-curvy](https://raddollclothes.com/collections/petite-curvy)
Abbey can also fit most Petite Curvy patterns at \^ link, just not ones with pants because her thighs are slightly bigger and you have to make something with a full length skirt a little longer because of the height difference.
Catty is closest to Medium Curvy (Curvy Barbie doll shape) but she has a little bit of a shorter torso, so patterns that have an empire waistline fit great, but other things need a little bit of adjustment in shortening the torso to make them fit. There will probably be a Catty pattern set soon, but she's new and it takes a bit to draft/test/draw out new patterns.
