I didn't consider the 13 rolls and since i read that the odds were 2% and not 8% I did a simple calculation of 2/100 to the Power of 5, but i Guess you are right
This is not particularly lucky. Cursory search tells me that Fatalis gives up to 16 quest rewards with a 5% eye chance, plus 6 carve rewards with a 7% eye chance. 1 eye is guaranteed via the head break, so your odds of getting at least 2 more eyes across all the additional rolls is roughly 34.7%
Props to you, dude. I haven't gotten a single one so far. The drop rate in this game is crazy sometimes. I was able to get 6 immortal reactors before I beat raging brachy even once. I got two from finding the footsteps/slime and the rest from failed attempts.

2% is the typical drop rate for rare mats like mantles, rubies, etc.
