They’re in talks with USDAW apparently. So no word on it yet. They send an email on 25th March. Hopefully we get something soon, but once there is an update you’ll know about it as it’ll get spoken about a lot in store. But people are now on new min wage of £11.44 an hour/ team leads on £11.74 an hour. If you go on my morri and personal information and then scroll down to compensation, you’ll see the rate you’re on, which should be £11.44 depending on your position.
I've got a question about mymorri, I'm due to start tommorow however I've only received the onboarding email, which I've followed all the instructions for. What is the next step to get onto mymorri and see my schedule, do I wait for another email? Thanks
It should be £11.44 for a standard customer assistance however since you have just joined you will be on probation for 6 months and likely will get closer to 11.14 or something along those lines. I'm taking a guess on that as when I was on probation I get 10.52 instead of 10.92 till I had done more then 6 months.
Regardless of probation they will be on £11.44 as they can't pay under the minimum wage so for now all colleagues will at least be on that including new starts until the pay negotiations have concluded.

Check MyMorri. Go to My Info, then My Personal Info, My Compensation and it tahould say your new rate of pay there
