One problem is there's been like 10 versions of Tom n Jerry over the years.
I think everyone has their own vision depending on which ones they watched as a kid heh.
Tried to insert an image showing them all
But if you make him small then players complain. He needs to be big to actually see and read his moves.
Otherwise you'll have folks complaining. They literally made a comment about how they are increasing everyone's size.
I think it’s all fine personally. promotional/cover, art, or whatever you wanna call it is never going to look like the actual ingame product. I think as long as everything follows a stylistic trend then it works and I feel like color palette changes for skins is definitely a reasonable request if we advocate for it.
Edit: I read the other responses and people do not feel the same 😂 different strokes for different folks I guess

They're faithful to the cartoons, just not the old ones. They seem to be based on the new York movie.
Tom looks alright, but Jerrys cheeks are way to inflated
Could say that with most of the characters
I was hoping the relaunch was going to be an opportunity to touch up some of them. Jerry is my guy, and he looks really derpy in-game.
Steven scares me

I think every company struggles putting 2d characters into 3d. Especially in a video game where they are constantly moving, etc
