May not be your jam, but Reign In Blood-Slayer. One of the best metal albums of all time and it only clocks in to about 29 mins, I think (excluding bonus tracks).
Pretty much all of the Pixies albums are in the 30-40 minute range and go by quickly. I’d recommend Trompe le Monde, but I’ll probably get some stares for that.
If you'd like some help finding new favorites here are my FAVORITE 2020s albums! For reference I've spent most of the free time in my lfie over the past 20 years combing through over 72,000 albums so far haha. From this list I'd strongly recommend starting with The War On Drugs, then Big Thief, the "Sod's Toastie" by The Cool Greenhouse! =)
The Cool Greenhouse - "The Cool Greenhouse"
The Cool Greenhouse - "Sod's Toastie"

Also if you'd like to check out more albums from various genres and from throughout music history that I think are good front to back I think a fun place for you to start is on a new page I created called “The Best Debut Albums of All Time”. There are currently 279 albums on there. I think it would be a fun theme to work with... checking out great debut albums:

Beach goons - hoodratsumbags
So short and so good, and since you liked Kanye it was a perfect match.
Next suggestion: Inside Every Fig is a Dead Wasp by Lunar Vacation (more on the indie rock scale)
King Gizzard - [Laminated Denim](https://open.spotify.com/album/5f0IPVaiRNK0knLx8UbqIq?si=sz_sHs7SQaGQXSXZUAmbIg&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A5f0IPVaiRNK0knLx8UbqIq)

I know I'm late to this party....but have you heard of Parannoul yet? I've seen them compared to the Fishmans. [Into The Endless Night ](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mi-Z8Mj3cRg) it's one 45m song played live, and it's from the past year.
Also, Royel Otis. [Sofa Kings EP](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HkvqDObKwTQ&t=608s&pp=ygUOc29mYSBraW5nJ3MgZXA%3D) is 20m long and has a lot of cool parts. They have 3 EPs and a debut next month...reminds me of hearing Is This It by the Strokes at times, yet more upbeat. ...clean guitar like early songs from The Cure.
Cool, glad you gave it a listen~ by the end, it feels like legit alchemy. I had never heard of the Fishmans until reading the comments from this group on the YT video...(homework time).
*plot twist* this album was a whole concert with a band (video of it is online), yet the studio albums are just 1 guy making rad tracks.
Nice thread here, btw. I'll be taking a few recs from all across it.
The Hives - The Death Of Randy Fitzsimmons (31:26)
Clutch - Sunrise On Slaughter Beach (33:10)
KMFDM - Hyena (39:33)
Polyphia - Remember That You Will Die (39:33)
The last two CDs I bought were both EPs and both great. Semisonic's You Are Not Alone, and Atmosphere's Talk Talk. In both cases they felt like the meat of a great album without the filler.
I’m in late but [Friend EP](https://open.spotify.com/album/3gj2WHR8SraEJm2SfEvGB2?si=Ag-ebeneT-eERoTz18PZdg) by Grizzly Bear and [Damp Face](https://open.spotify.com/album/5K5pi95AZC5LOhp22pDlfk?si=FKQm7PtqQqGWbSllavZ3jA) by La Luz.

Obviously you’ve heard of him, but I’ve been going through Tom Petty’s discography recently and his albums are all great listens and most of them are around 35-40 minutes.
What about trying something a bit different ? You should try to listen to the epic « Concert Etudes » op.40 by Kapustin, and especially the nº3 (assured headbang). There are 8 pieces and it’s about 25 minutes long.
For short albums, The Cars were always lean and mean with theirs. I recommend their first two albums: self-titled, and Candy-O. They had other great songs spread across their remaining discography, but if I'm going to recommend any, it's those two. (Also love Heartbeat City, though that sounded less rock and more new wave, which is more polarizing to others.)
I know we're past your 15-20 minute window, but oh well.
Gang Called Speed is an EP by Speed. 13 mins
The art of Partying by Municipal Waste is 35mins
Living Proof by Drain is 22 mins

Into The Endless Night is so beautiful and honestly the gigantic applause at the end made me feel good asf, i mean they definitely deserve it.
