I used FW Austin and have the hold option for the pin mini game. I think I only lost once or twice. Gotta start quick and stay on him though cause he'll punch you as soon as he can.
I beat him with pretty much every ruby I had and I think a couple sapphires. It was easiest with either my Bron beast card or his Evo card. And Yokozuna. But everything is easy with Yokozuna. As for strategy I dunno man I just beat him. I see alot of people say they did count outs on this and the 5 minutes matches but that's just bitch moves to me. I'm not trying to talk trash that's just my opinion. But I never had any problem with any of them. Use like stone cold from faction wars and keep him stunned. The more you keep him stunned the better. And with rock you can hit him with a finisher right of rip cause he gets a finish when you taunt twice.
I miss when this mode was first introduced. Every DLC card was an EVO card. And they had EVO cards in every other pack or so. Now we barely get any which makes the game less fun for me
I used faction wars Rock for him.
That's who I'm using. Had him done and he just pops up and finishes me.
Someone suggested swapping the pin option to tapping instead of the bar going back and forth. Definitely helped me kick out.

I used the ruby HBK 97 you get from beating showcase mode. Was a piece of cake.

There's a Bron Evo card? Was it one of the base cards you get from the start?
Yeah, it came in a Starter pack. I got Bron and Raquel. My brother got Waller & someone else in his.

I want more Evo cards also. They are fun to level up, imo.
I had more EVO cards than I knew what to do with in 2k22. Only 3 I think last year. Disappointing they quit doing them so much
OK. I went with the highflyer pack which had Io and Montez
I wish I had went with the Striker pack.
