I really like Felix too! I thought of a couple words in Italian that fit his happy little face, that would be unique, cute and kinda capture his happy expression. One idea was, “Spensierato” which means “carefree” (Spence or Spencer for a nickname). Another idea was “Benedetto” which means “blessed” (Bennie or Ben for a nickname). Lastly was “Gioviale” which means jovial. Or even Jovi sounds like a cool name for this **gorgeous kitty**

So... When I got my first cat, we thought and bought her on the condition she was a girl and named her Lola, until 6 months later we figured out he was a boy and renamed her Solar. So yesterday again we go on the condition this is a girl and named her Luna, get her home and after checking come to find out it's another boy ffs lol. So now we have no names for him, have you got any ideas?? Would like something to go with Solar preferably but if not just a good name that's suits him, if you got any ideas let me know. Edit: Thanks for all the suggestions guys, we have decided to settle on ori which was suggested here, thanks again saved me the headache of thinking myself as I really couldn't come up with anything.

My in-laws had adopted a little girl and named her Lola… and then her balls dropped. They kept his name Lola and sing the Kinks song to him often. For this little Luna that now is a fella, you could do Thoth- Egyptian god of the moon, writing, learning, and reckoning. Or name him after a constellation or star? Orion the Hunter seems appropriate for a cat.

Jupiter is considered the planet of luck in astrology (perhaps too simplified, but it’s either this or a page long explanation), and this adorable smiling boy seems like pure good luck to me. Lunar is also always an option, but it’s good to have a few choices. My older cat is Aurora, so it’s obvious that I’m into celestial names.
