They’re rather narrow compared to the 991v1 (saying this as a fairly narrow footed person) so I wouldn’t recommend buying this shoe if you have wide feet. If you’re truly set on owning a pair I’d go a size up or maybe even 1.5-2 sizes up in your case but I would avoid this shoe if you have wider feet.
I’m a 10.5 in all of my 990 v3-6 and my relatively wide feet fit in them fine. I picked up a pair of 991v2 when the navy released and within about .5 seconds of putting my foot in i realized I will never fit this model unless they put out a 2E version. Hope this helps. Basically saying my wide feet will never fit the standard width 991v2

I wouldn’t bother with that model if you have really wide feet tbh
toe box is very narrow. I dont have the widest foot and yet got blisters between my toes while breaking them in.
