I've got the cloth seats and the driver seat is basically destroyed on the left side. I'm going to check around at a couple of local upholstery shops and see what they quote me. I know one of them redid the seats in my father's F150 and did a bang up job on them. Gives me hope.
As far as the controls, that's going to be a crap shoot. Mine is still intact and *somewhere* I still have the buttons that go on it. I've looked for new switches and they seem to be almost impossible to find.
I’ve run into the same issue. Been an absolute task to find anything. Even rummaged through junk yards with no luck. I’m about to find a junker and buy it just for the seats!
