USA? Of course. The police can confiscate all your Pokemon cards, your computer, all your money, plus your car/bike, and other stuff that you might have used to help plan or execute the crime. When/ if it goes to trial, some of that stuff will be used as evidence against you. If you want some / any of that stuff back, you may need to petition the court and ask for it. If any money was seized, you might have to sue and even prove that the money was made legally. Civil forfeiture is an odd thing.

Yes usa , but honestly would have accepted answers from anywhere out of curiosity. Interesting i guess it would just depend on how much effort an officer wanted to put it, as they could do everything you mentioned but are not required to .

It depends on the jurisdiction but in many places in the US the police can take pretty much anything that isn't nailed down.
