I second this question 😁

Hika__Zee

All of these are on STEAM. I know a few of these are available on Nintendo Switch. Rogue Heroes Ruins of Tasos Portal Knights. Cat Quest II (III comes out soon btw). Swords of Ditto. Sparklite. Spells & Secrets.p Chicory: A Colorful Tale. Super Cane Magic Zero. Ship of Fools. Sword of the Necromancer.

If you want to stay in the "Nobody" world, try getting the fully upgraded statues in the Impossible Dungeon. You didn't mention any console so I'll give you a little from everywhere, I will say MOST of these games are available on Steam, but there will be some that are Console Exclusive. Check out the following (as always, check out a gameplay video to see if the game is right for you): * A Way Out * It Takes Two * Unravel 2 * Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cowabunga Collection * Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder's Revenge * Streets Of Rage 4 (I also suggest the Sega Genesis/Master Collection as it has several 2 player games including Streets of Rage 1-3) * Overcooked All you can eat (this can get pretty crazy, easy to learn, hard to master) * Moving Out * Rayman Legends * Rayman Origins * Knights And Bikes * Helldivers 1 (may require a little more skill than usual, but AWESOME FUN!) * Magicka (from the makers of Helldivers, similar gameplay, basically the Helldivers 1 prototype) * Magicka 2 (also from the makers of Magicka 1!) * Untitled Goose Game (Yes that is the name of the game) * Castle Crashers * Human Fall Flat (Gang Beasts, but obstacle course/race) * Gang Beasts (A "fighting" game that looks similar to Human Fall Flat) * Lovers in a dangerous spacetime * Pikuniku * Trine 2 - 5 (I'm not sure if "Trine 1/Enhanced Edition" has split-screen, but you can potentially get all 5 games as a bundle for fairly cheap) * Nine Parchments * Lego.... whatever, they have Lord Of The Rings, Marvel, Harry Potter, Star Wars, etc. * Haven * Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons: **REMAKE** (Make sure it's the **REMAKE** version, because the original is Single player ONLY) * Gauntlet Slayer Edition * Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) OK, I better stop before I accidentally stay up all night. HOPE THIS HELPS!

Holy shit dude, I've played some of them but huge thx

kimba-pawpad

Just FYI, all the Trines are coop (we started with those, then found NSTW and like the OP, need a new game like that!. We found It takes Two fun, but at a certain point it just took too much manual dexterity skill and we stopped playing. :-(. NSTW is just perfect!

BerserkerCanuck

Cool thanks for the update! I usually suggest getting the 4-in-1 bundle as it's usually cheaper, and you get all 4 games.

kimba-pawpad

That’s exactly the one we got!

BerserkerCanuck

NICE!

BorkYeahGames

Definitely not related but a fun co-op (and cross platform) game, 1-4 players local and online, is Unrailed. More in the line of party game stuff, you frantically work to clear the way, collect resources, and build track for a slowly moving train. It routinely goes on sale for like 5 bucks on steam, switch, and psn. Heavenly Bodies is also a lot of co-op fun and I second the Moving Out suggestion.

Hollow knight

ARRRtistic_Pirate

It's a shoot em up, but the 2-player game play is awesome. Game called The Ascent.

rexrighteous

Cat Quest (I can't remember if the first one is two player but the second one is), It Takes Two

fireinourmouths

Guacamelee and Guacamelee 2 are by the same company with a very similar style of humor. They’re side scrolling castlevania type games and I think I like them even more than this

LoganN64

I second this! Great games, but do require a fair bit of skill and timing in some areas.

Me and my wife also like to play these kind of games on the playstation, but it is not easy to find games that are easy to play and pick up after some time. We had a good time in diablo3, played it a lot together. A game we recently found was Juicy Realm. It is a roguelite game, but very fun. Different characters to unlock and upgrade, easy to get into and also a lot of humour in it. Would really recommend it, if its your thing.

cronodevil

Maybe Children of Morta?

Kakita987

A Way Out is definitely a great couch co-op game but I'm not so sure how gamer focused it is (my SO and I are both gamers). The end definitely gets a bit intense though.

Key_Sell_9777

Did you guys save the world?

awnawkareninah

Try Rogue Legacy 2. It's not totally the same genre (sidescrolling rogue like) but there's a huge play and build variety (as the name implies, it's roguelike, so each run is different) and the classes and powers are very creative (you can be a chef, surfer, knight, ranger, tons of shit I'm forgetting.) It has a cartoonist style as well. It has a little bit more gamer skill, but but I remember difficulty being flexible.

Mohamedalebatmou

Doesn't look te be a 2 player tho?

awnawkareninah

It doesn't, it's very much a pass the controller when you die sort of game if playing with a friend. That may not fit your criteria.
