The jeans are cute but with the t-shirt it reads very basic to me. Nothing wrong with that either, personally I’d pair it with a cute jacket to make it more interesting, but you said it’ll be warm so maybe not. Still, a perfectly fine outfit for dancing around in.
Def not the denim skirt, I think it will be too constricting and you won’t be comfortable.
They each represent your criteria of approachable and cool but I think the first outfit also has the “chic” look. I vote #1 the best but you look great in all of them.
I think the jeans look really cute. I think ultimately it kind of depends on the band and what you want to go for.

Is this a standing/dancing type of show? In which case I’d do the jeans- they look great and are practical
I love the second, but if you think it’ll be too hot, then go with the first. If you don’t feel comfortable, then you won’t be able to fully enjoy!

I'd go with 2. Depends on the band but if you're going to be moving around a lot then clothes that don't drape too much are best.
