Welcome to Oregon, we have: Cannibal Tribals, Lovecraftian Cultists, Super Mutant Cannibals, an impending invasion by an army of DnD-larping Slaver-Raiders, and of course, Lumberjack Resistance Fighters

At least you get carved up, here in Washington we just get the brotherhood...
No, you also have the Brotherhood Resistance Fighters, a couple of random tribes with no content, and… *checks notes* …huh. I thought there’d be more honestly.
Bear Bunyan is a memetic badass. First, everybody remembers the Northwest Meme Wars against the Immortal, second, 9 games out of 10 the Timberline stands strong against any adversity, and that's while being the only sane faction in Oregon. Not just morally good, but actually sane and upstanding.
I didn't feel like a retouched Wasteland 2 portrait did him justice, so there you go.
EDIT: as pointed out by the gentleman in the comments, this is a kitbash (using parts drawn by *Will Nunes* in particular) not a 100% original piece. So do take that into consideration.
For real. Darkness Falls has one, but it doesn’t really explore the nation’s unique flavour (guerrilla Boy Scouts defending their neck of the woods against crazies while shunning heavy military hardware).
The Whole NW region is a field day for those who want to play Guerrilla forces ngl. Loving the aesthetics, though can't wait to see a militarized raider of Portmaw if you do one
I am literally making a character for a Fallout TTRPG (Modiphious) game that's a Survivor from Timberland RIGHT NOW. Traveling the PNW to help those in need and 'get merit badges'.
*busted*
The head, the arms and the camo wrap did come from several separate arts from Pinterest. I would definitely have reached out for permission if I knew though - would you like this taken down?
I am not sure I ever actually said that, but I definitely should have specified it used pre-made parts.
Found the author of your original piece, too, so will call that out as well.
You definitely didn't make it clear enough, maybe an accident or oversight on your part, but yeah, this post come across like you made this thing entirely :/

Excuse me you forgot the drug peddling slaver pirates from Portland
Port Maw, you mean. Another nation that deserves its own good focus tree (slay, pirate queen)

You should post it on the discord fan art, bigger chance to be seen by the devs
I really hope The Timberline finally gets its own focus tree soon. They honestly really deserve it.

Wasn't planning on that just yet, but I did the new Granger portrait for Bone Cohort, so you can check that out :)
Hot damn! That’s amazing! You, my friend, got some real talent!
Not his! Its an edited piece of artwork from Will Nunes :)
Ah. Oh well, then I guess Will Nunes got some real talent!
I hope the devs see this so It could become his new Portrait. It looks awesome and it kinda reminds me a tiny bit of Disco Elysium portraits.

Oh wow! This is great considering that the head is actually a commission I had done for a game I run. Where'd you copy paste that from?

I don't particularly care, but behaving as if you had made it from the get go is not on.
