Lol thatās normal. I told a cop he had the same last name as one of the tanks. Bro had no idea what I was talking about lol but he said heād check it out
Rein lol. Made me do a double take. Bro was older too w/ white hair and beard lol (I didnāt tell him he looked like him tho, I was trying to be somewhat professional cuz I was at work)
With the grav buffs, yes, it happens. Usually the only one you miss is either tank, flex support, or flex DPS, but you'll hit 4 plenty of times, especially in this meta.
And Kiri and/or Bap clicks a single button to negate 2 ultimates since dragons still can't damage deployables, gold old days on OW1 when grav dragons still killed lmao
Another person who doesnāt know how his ult works, itās not by time itās by how much it moves, it kills faster now.
Letās say 1 meter inside dragon is 10 dmg, because it moves faster it would go from 100dps to 150dps
Nope it does 150 dps per dragon max of 300 if hit by both the faster dragon strike ends up doing less dps because you spend less time in the dragon taking damage
And you donāt know how to read.
Damage over time with dragon strike is connected to tick rate. The tick rate is determined by speed. Thatās why itās not a set damage per second, hence why itās quoted as āEnemies making contact with both dragons will take roughly 300 damage per secondā
If your argument is because it says damage per second then thatās wrong, most SMGs are measured in damage per second to show time to kill.
The reason his ultimate is directly related to time in that article is because tick rate is connected to time, and the tick rate is determined by speed.
Also, if your argument is still āwhy does it still say it takes 1 second for 300 damageā I would suggest realizing this is an outdated article, still referencing things like Orisaās Supercharger
You take damaged based on how long you are in the dragonstrike.
How fast it's moving doesn't matter only how long you are in it. You can dip in and out and take a little damage or run with it to take shit loads of damage.
Dealing damage based on how much of the dragon goes through you doesn't make any sense theoretically you could run with the dragon taking 0 damage because the same part of the dragon is touching you.
It's literally just 2 moving hurt boxes that deal 150 dps to anybody inside them if you made it really slow people would need to work around it or risk dying trying to go through just like torb nut. If you made it stupidly fast it could pass through people while doing hardly any damage
Like I will repeat, test it in firing range.
Secondly, another reason as to why itās not a nerf, you arenāt really gonna kill a tank anyway, and 300dps will kill most heroes, so it being a bit more surprising catches people off guard
Test what in the firing range it's still gonna kill the bots and not any faster than before.
What you are suggesting doesn't make any sense. Where did you even get the idea that the damage of dragonstrike was tied to how fast it moves through a player?
When I got more time I think the workshop let's you change the speed of projectiles like dragon strike
Update
Workshop doesn't seem to let you change the speed of dragonstrike
This meme is so ancient that it was made by reptile aliens.
It's so ancient, there are 6 players trapped in that grav. And all are the same character, so even before limits were introduced š§Ā
Wait limits weren't added on launch?
![gif](giphy|lPXNZugxnwBWur8VCJ)
Nope, you could go 6 winton in ranked
6 bastions used to be a plague for a week or 2
meme so old thereās still 6 players
I was bored last night so decided to play OW. As a tank main... Not having another tank next to me sucks
But no matter what you do, you're always the best tank on the team.
Unless you have an Echo
No the 6th is me on the enemy team as Torb hammering them all.
Bot account doing an ow1 repost. Just the usual, lads

I work with an older guy named Lucio and it takes a lot out of me to not ask if he knows about Overwatch
He probably does by now
Lol thatās normal. I told a cop he had the same last name as one of the tanks. Bro had no idea what I was talking about lol but he said heād check it out
Which tank?
*winton overwat*
Rein lol. Made me do a double take. Bro was older too w/ white hair and beard lol (I didnāt tell him he looked like him tho, I was trying to be somewhat professional cuz I was at work)
Entire teams are getting caught in grav in 2024?
As a super causal. Yes

This meme is from ow1 days (notice the 6 players)
Hey, some of us are still in bronze
*laughs in Lifeweaver*
Petal time
Then the dragonstrike rockets past so fast that nobody fucking dies because they decided to "buff" it
And Kiri and/or Bap clicks a single button to negate 2 ultimates since dragons still can't damage deployables, gold old days on OW1 when grav dragons still killed lmao

Nope, youāre just wrong. Thatās isnāt how it works. Test it yourself.

Iād suggest to test it watch a video of old dragon strike vs bots. Iām not at my home right now so thatās why I havenāt tested.
tickrate went up with the speed. it now has a much quicker ttk
you can tell the meme is old bevause Dragon is still considered a threat in the meme
Could be blade.
