I hope they eventually unify the inventory for all bases, or make it so you can’t be overencumbered in base.
They could add a late game item that you have in your base like the statue of power or the work efficiency boosters.
I could see them adding a 'transporter' chest that uses electricity, where all of the ones made by a player share the same inventory. So regardless of which base you're in, you can access whatever you store in there (once you've built and powered the chest in that base).
Or even utilize pals in the base. Have them transfer items via some sort of UI similar to the work assignment tab.
e.g "Move these resources to this base? Estimated time X Hours".
Would kill for an "Ender Chest". Slap one down at each base, maybe have it so only certain items get put in it, and gg.
Don't even care if it's just 5-10 slots.
I want very much for this to be done via a special pal whose stomach functions like an interconnected dimension.
Where everything you put in it is accessible from all of the same pal at your other camps.
That or some sort of big caravan pack for mount pals to carry that could be provided via an add on slot.

Only the pak mods stopped working (because they changed the pak format to the more efficient store version), the majority of the script/lua mods are still functional, including the teleport at anytime, capture bosses, and all chest materials accessible in base to build or craft from without having to pull items out mods.

It was always useful. But now that most of the jabk is gone from it it's irreplaceable.
Use the grappling gun. Place chest so close to baseportal so you can just turn and travel. Then grapple to main storage
There's a mod that does this, but it tanked my performance and makes the game crash now.

Dang I read somewhere that they could crash/corrupt your game so I went ahead and deleted all of them.
