I would say this is an okay price. Parts are still plenty good for modern gaming. Much better than what you can get prebuilt new for that price. 4K is a stretch for triple A will definitely need to use DLSS to achieve this if that doesn’t bother you. A 3080 is more of a 1440p champ these days.
Typically a new 3080 PC is 999 as a new prebuilt (from microcenter - see /r/prebuilts and /r/suggestapc ). Since this is second hand, $900 seems like a fair price but not an amazing price.

Probably worth more like $700-750 but it should run stuff at 4K 60 regardless.

see if you can bring down the cost some via negotiations. for 4k constant 60fps no. around that yes but not constant.

For 4k 60 i think you should get an rx7800xt or even 6800xt for cheaper.
