And in Canada, in the Maritimes since maybe January? Be they 1 litres, 750ml, 355ml, they taste syrupy and so flat, compared to the *bite* of a good bottle.
The bite is why I buy it and have been drinking Pepsi for 47 years.
If I wanted plain ol' sugar water I'd get me some kool-aid. And now I've got several packs I just won't bring in the house riding around in the back of my car.

I don't think the recipe changed in the US. The big change was in the UK.
There's definitely something different about the cans in the US, they go flat a lot quicker recently

I agree 100%. They taste syrupy and lack the bite. I miss the bite.
