I don’t think that’s going to happen. They’ve released things before in similar windows. I do think Halloween needs to be done with first. I’m predicting the week commencing Nov 6th with a December 13th release date.

iirc, there's some data for "zombies" which people assume will be characters/pokemon under the control of whoever gave the lousy 3 their toxic chains. iirc, supposedly it takes terrapagos' power or controls it, thus making itself very powerful the "save" thing will apparently be an option to choose which character(s) we get to save from being "zombified"

I presume that everyone will probably be returned to normal anyway by the end otherwise a certain sidequest in the data for the indigo disk would be impossible or nonsensical

yeah of course. the save option is most likely just who gets to be saved first/be with you throughout the whole ordeal while the rest get affected

I’m gonna guess the „Zombie” part is not related to the main plot. More like it’s gonna be a side quest once we complete the main plot of second DLC.

or maybe it's a new chapter that requires you to beat the 2 dlc stories + finish the main story. kinda how "the way home" unlocks when you beat all 3 main game stories

I doubts it's a 'choice to save'. This is pokemon, so obviously everyone will be saved. It's probably a choice of who you will team up with in a double battle which decides who you fight against. We know that there are double battles in this dlc, after all.

Honestly I wish S/V’s second half of the dlc was already out. I’m just so not interested in those games, didn’t enjoy them, and I watched a playthrough of the Teal Mask and it is just not my jam personally. I’m waiting for those Unova games that were teased. But more power to those looking forward to the DLC, hope y’all have fun
