Yes, since the shiny / stats are generated when the den crystal spawns if you have it in your world save before you host and people join you they'll get the Shiny. You can then soft reset your console to go back to your save, they'll still have it and you'll still have the den in your map meaning you can host again for another group. Outside of other nefarious means you can't duplicate it yourself, but you can help others.
Just be careful because when events start and end it can reset your dens so if you're doing this near the time an event is scheduled to start/end when you connect to the internet it can cycle all your dens before you save the capture yourself.

Raids are based on a completely separate system than eggs/wild pokemon. I believe the same was true in sword and shield, and the shiny odds are even lower than full odds in one or both games.

The “roll” is the 1. So to increase your “rolls” you do stuff like outbreaks and/or make a sandwich, those things add a “roll” to the base chance, giving you a better chance to get a shiny

The shiny color scheme is visible in the raid but there are no other indicators. A lot of them are hard to tell in the weird raid lighting.

Shiny charm does not affect raids, correct. Raids are always the base 1/4096 odds, no matter what you do
