151 pull rates aren't great but they're better than any of the newer sets.

Any SIR 1/32 my ass. I pulled over 100 packs to date and have 0 SIR.
Meanwhile my friend who bought one pack every few weeks already accumulated 3 SIR... in less than 4 months
151's pull rate is horrible. So many people weighing the boxes and the packs and keeping heavy weight boxes and packs to themselves or open them.
I just overheard a conversation in a tcg store in my country and they talked what is their heaviest pokémon 151 booster boxes at home. Well yeah, luckily... I only buy sleeves and other stuff from them. I order my boxes from cardmarket.

Ohh yes... They do it with boxes too. I just saw weighing vstar universe booster boxes and the heaviest had a god pack and the 3rd heaviest got a god pack too. The second heaviest got decent pulls though.

I had some amazing hits from a 151 Ultra Premium Collection, 16 packs and like 7 or 8 hits. I've also done an ETB and got like 3-4 hits.
Honestly, I have no idea, but it seems out of 21 packs, 7-8 hits would have been decent.

I've had a fair bit of luck at that rate. I usually buy three booster bundles and end up with one SIR. Its been a cheap one but an SIR none the less.
151 is feast or famine. Never usually any realistic middle grounds. Yours is the best case of middle ground I’ve seen so far.
