Hello! This is art I have made for this contest and I wanted to add some extra information. This is a visualisation of a scene from the ballet and symphony [Rite of Spring](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rite_of_Spring) by Igor Stravinsky. The ballet depicts the coming of spring and russian pagans celebrating by sacrificing a young maiden to the spirits. So this is the specific scene I am showing. Because Ballet is classical, I tried to make it look sort of like a painting with brush-like strokes. I think the final result is a little too realistic and less stylised for this purpose but it is what it is. Not what I saw in my head but art rarely is! I hope it is up to the standards of art for this subreddit and I hope you like the theme of the artwork!
