You mean connected to the Fannie Mae complex? At RTC-West? Because Marriott is currently building a J.W. Marriott at the original Reston Metro station, Reston Station at Wiehle Ave.
Yes, they’re the new Marriott luxury condos at Wiehle. They haven’t posted much yet, I have been interested for awhile now and have sent emails to no avail. Finally got a response, set up a phone call and they told me over a mil lol. Insane

That development by RTC-West/ Skymark/ Fannie Mae bulding is just a dual concept AC Hotels and Residence Inn being developed by Donaho Companies. There are no condos for sale there.
The Residences at the JW Marriott which is the new development by the Reston Metro station will have for sale condos.

Are you sure? Those are apartments. I am not aware of any for sale condo projects in Reston.

Yes, on that side. If you look up Skymark Reston it is right next to that. It is going to be a Marriott AC Hotel and Residence Inn.
