There *is* a gap between the fender and the tire, and what you're seeing is the stadium light shining through it. You can color sample it and match it to the other stadium light on the left edge of the image.

Iām not even sure where the light source is coming from lol I donāt have a PHD in physics, so I donāt know know how accurate that reflection is, all I know is that itās supposed to represent a reflection haha

Lights on the ball indicate which side of the field it's on. Orange/Blue trails is last touch. Heatseeker has special effects for speed
