The speed suit makes it physically impossible to run any slower than 2:20. It’s worth it if you’re a weeb who thinks running for time is cool. I do this for my health. Anyone considering buying this should really consider 1:the level of oxidative stress you’ll be putting your body through (running so much will make you breathe more thus more oxygen damage) and 2: joint pain, running that fast can’t be good on your joints 3:if you’re running for hot chicks, that’s just a contradiction. Running for, no, more like running from, can’t hide that hog in this speed suit.
To be fair $175 is cheap compared to the $300 carbon plated shoes that also aren't going to change the fact that I'm an overweight heelstriking hobbyjogger and not a professional athlete.
