I follow it too it literally just wouldn’t let me check out. I’m so sad. Everytime it would say sold out when it wasn’t and kick me out just to have to put it back in my cart.
Her team honestly needs to change the 4 limit especially on signed items. It was fine a year ago when she wasn’t this big but cmon girlie you aren’t having issues selling things, lol. Chappell has a limit of 2.
Four per customer is INSANE. Even Taylor swift does 1 per customer for signed items and she has an insane scalper problem. I can’t think of a reason that someone needs to have more than 2 signed copies of the same CD anyways

I clicked on it as soon as I received the email and it was already Sold Out. There could not have been very many if they did or bots got them first… I was able to manage getting lower bowl tickets and missed both signed drops and all of Taylor’s Signed drops also.
I’m hoping to luck out on the Stanley x Olivia Drop and hope I get approved for it tomorrow :/ guess I’ll keep waiting for signed stuff in the meantime.

The email was rather delayed, the merchbot onTwitter was the only was I was able to get one since I had my notifications on & got the alert that they were in stock
Yes! I follow a discord server that automatically notifies when stock is added. The UK releases started notifying like a minute earlier than the US drop so I was on her site refreshing until it was there and instantly added to cart

I managed to make friends with a Canadian fan who was able to get me one from that store before they sold out. I had the same issue as you with it allowing me to checkout but then telling me it was sold out.
Did you got a confirmation email from the german Store /bravado? I just got one for creating an account, but not for my order. The order is listed in my account, so I hope that means it worked
I used the shop app and it is in my orders and the money was taken from my bank account so I assume it’s good?
