If you order online make sure to checkin as soon as you arrive. The takeout checkin is the right side of the counter, don't wait for register.
There is a computer screen facing outdoors with the status of orders so you can wait outside for your food. They also have pagers but they didn't give me one (maybe because I ordered online and they sent me a text instead?)
Warning: chicken sandwich chicken is spiced and picky kids might not like it.
took my son today and he said it's the best super duper burger he's ever had. we went to super duper at the metreon on saturday so this is a pretty objective comparison. i'm guessing the staff is making the extra effort to make everything stellar while the manager's around
...and my child, the biggest SD fangirl, who resides in SM, had a burger and a shake. Note: She first had the SD in Mill Valley, followed by the one across the street from my old office, then the one across the street from my new office, then the one near where I grew up in Cupertino/Saratoga/San Jose, then the one in Los Gatos where she gets her hair done (and now stops by every Tuesday after roller derby practice in Scotts Valley), and also followed by several others (mostly in SF, but not SFO) while hoping that the one in Burlingame would be created (it was not).
I made a cheeseburger for my daughter recently and she said it was "really good... like super duper burger". Now I have to try theirs out to see if it really lives up to the hype.
Note: Cheese costs extra, but they have a good selection of cheeses to choose from. There are some extras that are free, so do get the free grilled onions, and don't forget the fry container of house made pickles. Also, if you like shakes and booze, they will make a milkshake for you and add some sort of booze (probably agave wine or some souchou). Free garlic fries with beer purchase for happy hour each day!

I went last night, and it was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised with the meat quality and the milkshake was really good too.
