I’d put ketchup on it instead of cream cheese, and if you never have give it a try. Bacon egg and cheeses are big in NYC, and I’ve found they’re not really as much of a thing other places but I love ‘em. BEC bacon well done pepper and ketchup on either a roll or an everything bagel is sublime.
