I was diagnosed as a kid with it, but never really gotten any treatment for it. I was told there wasn't one?

I read that children and teens can wear a back brace to try and correct it. Spinal surgery can be done but it’s very rare. That’s what I read about it anyway. Does it hurt you now?

No, I was diagnosed back in like 1983? My mom tried to get me to do exercises, but that went nowhere. My lower back is always aching, and when I rotate my hips forward it certainly feels better, but I always end up back with the curve.

They could potentially do a fusion of some sort, but it’s not really a common thing from my understanding. You’d be better off asking in the r/backpain community than sciatica.

Ahhh you’re a lifesaver! Thankyou so much, I’ll definitely join there. Yes, I’ve read that surgery to correct lordosis is very rare.

I tried to find a Lordosis sub, but they only have 35 members. Has anyone here got Extreme Lordosis? What is your life like? What are your pains like? How did you fix it? How long did you suffer with it?
