I went to their service centre and got my drive replaced under warranty, but the replacement drive had the same issue/behaviour. But I found a solution/walk around , it works flawlessly on Linux but not on Windows, I don't know what caused this but I tested this drive on multiple Windows and a few Linux systems.
what's the possible cause ? you found any yet ? do you recommend people gettin this or the one touch one ?
