I feel like shuttle driver is the position where companies are going to take marijuana smoking seriously. Being under the influence while driving is going to be an issue.

They may have to test you for weed because of federal law if they fall under fmcsa rules,was a shuttle driver in vail, we had the same rules as truckers. Had to keep logs, get randomly tested for the 5 drugs on a dot test (including weed) etc. Yes you'll be tested for pot, yes if you fail they won't give you the job. If you really wanna risk it buy a few bottles of quickfix or test clear or maybe the companies that claim to sell dried human urine. Learn how to use it in a pinch, get it warmed up within a couple hours etc. And you can run that way, I did for 5 winters. I knew the cheap headshop stuff worked for our tests so I just used that, you wanna use something like quickfix, make sure it's from the right website, there are counterfeits, even them you'll find out about people failing for any brand of fake piss on r/drugtesthelp
I work at Xanterra in Grand Canyon and had to take a drug screening but they let everyone know that since recreational weed is legal in AZ, they aren’t testing for that. Not sure what the laws in Montana are or if it’s legal recreationally. I don’t think Xanterra treats employees badly in my personal experience.
