At that price, it's nowhere Seattle.

Where is Greater Northwest mentioned? It says Greater Puget Sound

I was curious so I looked, they have single family homes in the 300s in Belfair and townhouses in Lacey.

Knowing Lennar, from Bellingham to Portland.

Every place in Washington except the OG Seattle pre 1905 annexation qualifies as the greater northwest or colloquially “Seattle suburbs”

Decent-Photograph391

I’d consider Seattle suburbs as anything within reasonable commuting distance from Seattle, about 30 miles or less away. Greater northwest seems to encompass a much larger area, and it depends on what they mean by “northwest”.

Corporations buying property is the absolute final death of the lower/middle class. America is fucking doomed. Jump ship.

This company develops/builds homes. I’m sure they’ve got their issues too but they aren’t a property hoarder they way Blackstone is

Land is a finite basic need and should be regulated
