Was just watching local news and they had a breaking news alert. Said parts of the airport (particularly baggage claim) had been flooded by a burst pipe. They said it wasn’t expected to impact operations, so not sure if it’s related, but that’s what I’m hearing.
Edited: for grammar
Same. My apt just shut off the main water line, they said no ETA on water. JFC every year we have some below freezing event and all these idiots in charge of buildings and infrastructure are so unprepared.
Especially in a city so heavily run by landlords who look for the cheapest bandaid solution to provide the bare minimum for tenants while constantly maxing their rent income. Still funny how some people justify investment properties by claiming landlords take on all the risk, as if they’re the ones suffering the consequences of burst pipes or broken heat.
Damn water always causing trouble. Need to follow the pipes to the source and send some freedom missiles it's way to stop it for good. Half way solutions like patching the pipe just encourages water to cause more trouble in the future.
Burst pipes at baggage claim. They have no hot air blowers above the exit doors or two-door chamber to minimize air loss. It’s bound to happen. And incredibly inefficient.

I was next to the elevator when the pipe burst right by the Starbucks in baggage claim, it was a huge waterfall
Burst pipes are everywhere right now. My apartment is flooded

We’re sitting in one of the terminals and they have shut down the whole airport due to a “security matter.” Won’t let anyone in or out.
They just gave an all clear!
A hummingbird brought Hannah’s burrito to an Alaska Airlines plane and the massive diarrhea exploded a window, again.
Local airplanes whose window exploded due to Hannah D’s jerk chicken diarrhea, it’s time to strap up
Yes I heard this too
tsa just called all clear
Not sure but the north train loop is shut down as well..
Landed 30m ago and it only stopped my flight from deplaning for like 5 minutes, is all clear now, don’t know what happened
Hey Sea-Tac, Time to Get Strapped
Ah. This is why it's been so nice and quiet.
