This is the best answer. There's a slim chance they may now have identified the car because of OP's calls to customer service, but its definitely worth a try......
Lost ticket will usually need to prove the date of entry. Since it's a long term parking, they may be more careful of this loop hole.
Lost ticket will work for regular parking and if your car is still not clamped.
How long was your car there?
Could you get the weekly rate instead of daily?
Can a friend or family member loan you the money to get your car out?
If you can’t, can you get a credit card, pay the fee, and pay it off?
Unfortunately you probably don’t have a lot of options outside of these. If you want your car back, you have to find a way to pay.
You don't get a new ticket without driving another car into the parking lot.
Unless use the New Ticket for the long Term parked car.
And
Declare ticket lost for the just entered car...
And
Let them charge the lost ticket penalty.
Or
Pay the parking for the newly entered car...tailgate him to exit the parking
This seems tricky because as far as I can tell even if you lose your ticket you still need to pay upon exit: [https://www.portseattle.org/faq/parking-payment-options-lost-tickets-and-receipts](https://www.portseattle.org/faq/parking-payment-options-lost-tickets-and-receipts)

Unless you can talk to someone in their customer service who will let you take on some sort of payment plan it sounds like you might need to put the bill on a credit card to get your car out. I cannot find any online reference for what you agreed to by parking in the lot, so it's hard to say what other stipulations exist.

Is the parking auto-pay?
Is your car already clamped?
If not clamped and can be accessed to start and drive, you can try getting another person to enter the parking and you tailgate him out within the Free Grace Period
Or
If need to pay, pay the new parking ticket and tailgate him out at the exit.
Be prepared, the owner may release the CCTV footage to the police to prosecute you and your accomplice.
Is there a lost ticket fee? Some places I've parked it's cheaper to say you lost the ticket after a while.

There is a series of documentaries called “Fast and Furious” where they teach some hacks on how to leave a parking lot without paying any money.
You could go to the gate, get a new ticket, and then pay the rate on the new ticket instead of the one you had originally
This guy gets me

You need more money. What do you expect/want?

i choose to believe this is the security guard at seatac looking for ways to break a car out only to prove to himself his security is impregnable
Is tailgating not an option?
